Converting a single storey house to a modern 2 townhouse development, Kambuild has managed from design, town planning and sub-division, to knock down, re-build and turn-key completion of this townhouse project.

This 6-stars energy efficient townhouse project has a long North facing pitch roof with Solar electric panel to maximise the use of solar energy and rainwater tank for the use of recycle water to toilet and garden irrigation system. The façade design features a mixture of timber composite cladding, double brick and rendered Hebal power wall.  Each townhouse contains 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, dining room, laundry and double garage.

The interior design concept is demonstrated by Miele appliances, black door hardware and black sanitary fixtures and fittings contrasting with Travertine engineered stone bench top, white joinery with black shadow line, Travertine look wall tiles and warm premium oak timber flooring. Timber staircase with feature timber batten screen. Feature interior brick wall brings the exterior façade concept inside the house.
